Non-professional graduate

Graduates or postgraduates who no longer have a bond with an educational institution, but do not yet have a salary compatible with the professional category of registration can apply for the event in the student category. To do this, proceed with the registration and attach a document of conclusion of the graduation or post graduation along with a brief signed statement that the person concerned has a salary incompatible with the professional category. Both documents must be attached in a single file on the registration form instead of the declaration of enrollment in a educational institution


Accompanying person

This category of registration is intended for people who wish to register for the event as companions of another person already registered. There is no limit of accompanying persons per enrollee. The accompanying person can not submit an abstract or receive certificate, although they will have access to the entire event schedule. Those interested in registering in this category should normally register for the event and must provide the name of the registered person who they will accompany, in addition to attaching the receipt of registration of that person. The receipt can be obtained by any person registered through the Attendee area.


Partial restitution

Participants who have paid the registration and can not attend the event may request the restitution of 50% of the registration fee. Requests must be made by July 31 at Restitutions will be made by bank transfer after the event has finished



Abstracts must be submitted during April 2 to June 17 at the time of registration or later through the Attendee area. The content can be written in portuguese or english, and should have a clear interface with ecological science, either in its theoretical or applied aspect. Only abstracts for poster presentation will be accepted

The result of the evaluation of the abstracts was communicated by e-mail to the participants

Important instructions:

- Only registered participants can send an abstract

- It is not necessary to pay the subscription to send an abstract

- Each participant may submit only one abstract per subscription

- Abstracts with partial results will not be considered

- The abstract receipt and acceptance for presentation will be notified by e-mail. Check the spam box

- It will be announced in the website the date, time and place for presentation of accepted abstracts


Abstract submission and structure:

Abstracts will be submitted by filling the form available on this website. Therefore, there is no need to format the letter font and size. The sections of the submission form should be filled with:


- Authors in desirable order

- Authors institutional affiliation

- Title

- Body of the text with 3.000 characters (with spaces) without figures or graphics. The following shall be considered:

- Key words. Between two and three which are not in the title

- Financial support, if any
